How to Order?
Order can be placed online over the website, on a phone call, on WhatsApp message, and by email as well.
Where you provide delivery?
We provide nationwide delivery services across Pakistan, plus we also provide worldwide delivery as well.
How much is your Postage Charges?
We charge 190 rupees for per piece of postage for delivery within Pakistan including AJK and Gilgit Baltistan. While worldwide delivery charges vary with respect to the destination country. For further details please call at our customer service number or email us at DesiWalkofficial@gmail.com
How to get the exchange?
Exchange can be taken by return of goods within the next day of receiving the parcel. In case Tags are removed or the product is utilized we will charge a 50% restocking fee of our product price. The exchange will be canceled in case of any stains, marks, or dust on our product, Tags should not be removed either.
How many days do you take to deliver?
Delivery takes 2-3 Working days for nationwide delivery across Pakistan, and for international customers, delivery takes 7-10 days.
How to Return?
Tags should not be removed in order to be eligible for a return, while the return period is 3-days after the receipt of the parcel, and please don't forget to mention the reason for returning goods.
