Terms & Condition

 These terms are conditions are applied to our relationship when you deal with us over Website, Call or visit our Store physically to buy something.

These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can use our website, call centre and stores to place orders for items from Desi Walk by Malik Stitchers. By ordering/purchasing goods from Desi Walk you are supposed to have understood and accepted these terms.

We may contact you for marketing purposes by email, mail or telephone with relevant offers.

Size Charts of all products is approximate.

1. A slight difference in colours of product and image is possible due to photographic reasons.
2. We will not be considered for any indirect losses you may suffer, including any loss of profit, income or anticipated savings after buying perfectly from us. 
3. We can also make amendments in our terms and conditions from time to time at our discretion without any notice to you. And every change will be posted here for the acknowledgement of our customers and clients.
4. Delay in delivery will be compensated according to the charged delivery or order amount.
5. The billing and Delivery Address should be the same.
6. And no other third party is entitled to any legal power to enquire about the order.
7. Difference or error in the price of any product can occur, in that case, the customer has to pay the actual price of the product, otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel or hold the order.
8. A refund of any product can be claimed within a defined period of time for specific products. 
9. Desi Walk keeps the right of cancellation of any order in case of non-availability or bad condition of the product and pulling out any promotion or sale at any time.
10. All displayed products on the website are physically available at our Warehouse in Muridke.
11. Products in the Pre-Order category will take 12-14 days(working) to deliver.
12. Offer/Sale will no longer be applicable on any product after the expiry of that specific product.
13. Payment from a Debit/Credit card will be taken right away at the time of placing the order. In case of Cancellation of Order, we will refund your whole order paid amount.
14. You keep the right to cancel the order at any time prior to dispatch or manufacturing.
15. We accept Visa Debit/Credit cards, Master Card, Postal Order, Bank Transfer, Cheques and Jazz Cash, Easy Paisa. While payment made by Postal Order and Cheques will take 3-5 days(working) to confirm so we suggest making payment by card in order to have delivery on time.
16. Billing and Shipping address Orders should be the same in case of Debit/Credit card payments.
17. We keep the right to Cancel/Hold/Refund any order in violation of the aforementioned terms and conditions.
18. As we are based in Pakistan so we are providing Next Day Delivery to all Pakistani customers, And we are also providing worldwide shipments as well.
19. We don't deliver at P.O Box addresses, so we keep the right to cancel these specific orders.
20. We Charge 250 for Standard Delivery and it takes just one working day delivery nationwide.
21. We Charge up to 1500 for Post Office Deliveries nationwide for up to 30kg parcel and it will take 3-5 Days(working) from the day of booking order (Note: to avail the Next Day Delivery in Pakistan order should be placed before 2 pm (PST). 
22. Cancellation of any product cant be ruled out on the basis of non-availability or imperfect condition of that specific product.
23. We will dispatch the parcel by a reputed courier company at your providing delivery address and in case of non-availability of address parcel then you can request for the courier company to delivery at your desired address.
24. Refunds will take a maximum of 20 days(working) to be processed.
25. Items belonging to the Pre-Order category can not be cancelled, as we always instantly submit the request for manufacturing on your behalf.
26. Postage will be refunded in case of late delivery, while late delivery caused by incomplete address or any wrong information provided by customer compensation on postage will be not entertained. While the delay in delivery caused by Custom Authorities will also not be liable for any compensation.
27. Free Delivery Promotions are only for residential Pakistani customers.
28. Charges paid to a courier company to return us back will not be refunded.
29. Cosmetics and Pierced Jewellery Items cannot be returned due to the current Health and Hygiene Regulations.
30. Refunds of orders made by Postal Orders will be refunded by Cheque. 
31. Please do provide us with your correct contact details so we will be able to respond to you instantly keep you updated about your parcel status.
32. Parcels will not be dispatched if Address Details are incorrect or the contact number is not available.
33. Billing and Shipping addresses should be the same in the case of Card Payments.
